Tutoring Intake Form
This intake form is for anyone interested in obtaining tutoring for the ABGC exam. The information in this form will help us pair you with an appropriate tutor and will be kept confidential. After the form is submitted, we will send an email within 1 week connecting you with a potential tutor based on your needs and availability. Tutoring is provided by a board-certified genetic counselor who recently took the exam (in 2023 or 2024). The cost of 1:1 tutoring is $125/hour.
