registration: must be friendly, energetic, smiling *you are people's first exposure to HERBALIFE!* must have INTEGRITY as you are checking tickets! No one without a ticket can enter the event! This is a very important role to have on production!
tea/aloe: setting up stations before event/ refilling throughout event
product display: creating epic backdrops for the stage and setting up the stage for the day
lighting: in charge of lowering and raising lights
door team: allowing only people with bands through the door and directing people where they need to be going! 100% integrity here NO ONE WITH OUT A BAND IS ALLOWED IN!
av/music team: toughest job, makes or breaks the event! need to be TECH SAVVY or willing to learn :)
social media: takes photos/videos throughout the event for out insta + fb page
storage team: team to unpack our UHAUL in the am and to pack it at the end of the event
VIP TABLES: help create an amazing experience for our top leaders in our region!
mega tea team: help make our VIP mega teas
energy: you are to HYPE up the crowd and keep it LIVELY, FUN, & EXCITING!
HOM/Recognition: help the lines for HOM and hand out certificates for marketing plan!
Snack Packs: preparing all the snacks packs for the day of event!
