Note: The Bioneers Change Makers Fair is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given for weather. Payment in full is required 30 days after application approval.
Conference passes are not included but are available at a substantial discount. See below for details.
Cancellation policy: 50% cancellation fee until September 1st. After September 1st, no refunds will be given. No refunds for inclement weather.
*Exhibitors may staff their booth with as many employees as necessary. The purchased conference passes may be shared by multiple staff members.*Conference passes are required for admission to morning plenary sessions, afternoon sessions and film screenings. Conference passes are NOT required for entry into the conference grounds or any of the exhibition areas.
