All-Region Mock Audition(s) Program Student Registration Form
This form is required to be filled out by a parent/guardian in order for your student to participate in The Texas Trombone Academy All-Region Mock Audition Program. None of the information you provide will be forwarded and/or shared to anyone outside of The Texas Trombone Academy LLC. THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY A PARENT AND RECEIVED BEFORE THE PAYMENT FORM CAN BE SENT TO FINALIZE REGISTRATION.

As a reminder, there is a $10 fee per audition submission and students can do up to 2 or 3 auditions per week if they'd like. *
