St. Stephen Faith Formation Registration 2024-2025
Welcome to St. Stephen Parish Faith Formation Program online registration form for the 2024-2025 school year.  Classes will be held on Mondays at 4:15 p.m. in St. Stephen Church, 601 Eucalyptus Drive, San Francisco, CA 94132, (classes start Monday, September 16, 2024).  After opening prayer inside the church we move to the classrooms in the parish office building (451 Eucalyptus Drive).

Fees:
$70 per child for all grades;  $50 for the second child in a family, $40 for the third child in a family.
Add $20 per student in the Sacramental programs - 2nd grade for First Communion and 8th grade Confirmation.
We ask for $20 (per family) for snacks for the whole year.
No child will be turned away because of financial need.  Please contact us to inquire about scholarship.

We will gladly accept donations to help us pay for the text books (Gospel Weekly worksheets, First Communion & Confirmation specific workbooks) and classroom supplies.
