4/1/2020 Update- IF YOU REQUESTED A FREEZE AND WERE STILL BILLED, it is likely that your freeze has been processed and you will not be billed again, but it was processed after the deadline to stop before April 1st. DO NOT PANIC! We are here to help. We are receiving thousands of requests and will get back to you as soon as we can. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY FILLED OUT THIS FORM, WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR REQUEST. PLEASE DO NOT FILL IT OUT AGAIN OR EMAIL US FOR A CONFIRMATION. Apologies, for being abrupt, but we are doing the best we can to keep up.

IF you are looking to freeze your membership on or BEFORE APRIL 1, 2020 we must have your request by 3PM on Thursday March 26, 2020 to ensure processing. (we will do our best either way, but we want to make sure that we can handle all of the requests).

This is a REQUEST for a freeze while we are closed. Your Membership is officially frozen once your request has been processed. Due to high volume, it may take 3-5 days to complete your request. If you are billed between now and then we can not stop this, but we want to help out. When the club reopens please request a credit, and will be happy to make an adjustment to a future billing to make up for any lost time.

Billing will begin automatically on the day we reopen for business unless indicated otherwise.
-Monthly billing members will be billed a prorated monthly amount on the day we reopen, billing will resume as normal on the following month.
-Bi-Weekly Billing Members will receive their first bi-weekly payment on the day we reopen and you will now be billed every other week from that day.

Any Annual Maintenance fee that would normally be due while you are on freeze, will be moved to the first billing when we reopen.
