Permission to share your data with other advice providers
Everything you tell us will be treated confidentially. However, in certain exceptional circumstances, where there are indications of serious danger to themselves or to others; or indications of crime being committed, then we reserve the right to break confidentiality.
We may suggest that you go to another organisation for advice because they will be more able to help you with all or part of your problem. We may be able to refer you to them and help you get an appointment. Ideally we would also give them the information you have given us.
If you give consent below, you are agreeing that SCRDS may:
- refer you to other advice providers;
- make appointments with other advice providers;
- share your personal information with other advice providers so that they have initial information about you and your possible problem.
