We are offering bookable slots in York for local theatremakers and creatives to receive the headspace of our Leadership Team, Riding Lights Theatre Company, and guest professionals, on whatever you need. These are half hour slots where you can set the agenda - you might want us to look over an application, talk over a project, receive some signposting on opportunities across the city....
Dates are offered on a rolling, monthly basis. If you can't make any of the timeslots available this month, check back at the start of next month and book in then.
1:1s can be Creatively focused or Production focused
- Creative 1:1s - These are 1:1s to look at creative ideas (projects, productions etc) and broader creative career advice (CVs, funding applications, networks, employment and training signposting etc).
- Production 1:1s - These are 1:1s to support specifically with any areas of lighting design, sound design, production, technical and stage management.
On the booking form it is marked as which slot is which.
The next date is Wednesday 22nd July
Please note:
- This is for York/Yorkshire based creatives (this includes stage management, production and technical roles)
- 1:1s will be held in person at Friargate Theatre (YO1 9SL)
- If you collaborate with other creatives or are part of a small company, you can book a slot and attend together.
- We will expect every creative attending to complete a very short feedback form.
