Vendor Application: APPLE FEST 2018
Craft and artisan vendors wanted for this family-friendly event. Each year about two thousand visitors come to enjoy outdoor activities, colonial traditions, and unique shopping.

TIME: 11:00 AM - 4:30 PM
ADDRESS: Sherwood-Jayne Farm 55 Old Post Rd. Setauket, NY 11733

BOOTH SIZE: Single (10x10ft) = $75.00, Double (10x20ft) = $150.00
SET UP TIME: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM (no cars are permitted on the property after 10:00 AM)
BREAKDOWN TIME: 4:30 PM (no cars are permitted on the property before 4:30 PM)

PAYMENT: All checks should be made payable to Preservation Long Island and mailed to 161 Main St., P.O. Box 148, Cold Spring Harbor, NY 11724 (attention – Darren St. George).
DEADLINE: Friday, September 7, 2018 – First come, first served. Your booth will be reserved once your check is received.
NOTES: Please provide your own tent, table, chairs, and refreshments for the day.
