about the property
- We are ocean front. Your guests will enjoy their morning coffee with their toes in the water.
- You will have private access to the entire resort: the Casa, six hotel rooms, the Palapa outdoor center, the yoga station, the pool, and the entire oceanfront of palm trees & hammocks.
- Your guests will enjoy daily towel and room clean: beds made, floors swept, etc.
- The Casa: brand new remodeled event space. Enjoy seating for 14, a full kitchen, A/C throughout, 1 bed/1 bath for retreat hosts.
- The Hotel Rooms: each of the 6 rooms A/C and has two XL twin beds that can be converted to a king for a private room. All rooms open out onto the pool deck and beach front with a private hammock. Guests have full kitchens to accommodate specific diets.
- Palapa Outdoor Center: covered seating for 12 with power, lighting at night
- Beachfront Yoga Area: an area overlooking the beach with straw mats. 12 yoga mats included.
- Hammocks & Loungers: our shaded beach includes hammocks and shaded sun beds.

- We are located on the Nicoya peninsula: one of the world's BLUE ZONES, the healthiest places in the world.
- Costa Rica is generally SAFE and friendly for travelers. Most people who work in tourism speak English.
- Yes, you can drink the water.
- We are in a bay. There are no strong currents or tides.
- Town is 15 min beach walk. The town has grocery stores, 20+ restaurants, tourist shops, etc.
- Nearest mini-mart is one block down the street.

- We have hosted MANY retreats and can help you with all of the logistics of running an event. We are happy to book any of these services for you.

retreat center guidelines
- You will be the only guest on our property during your event.
- The retreat host is invited to come a day early at no charge to prep for the event.
- You or your guests may be able to come early or stay late (book a longer stay) depending on availability.
- We contract with one point of contact only (retreat host). We do not communicate with or collect payment from your guests individually.
- We do not allow ayahuasca or plant medicine events.
- Our property can accommodate up to 14 people, including the retreat host(s).
- 5-day minimum retreat center rental, 7-day is recommended.
