Aging in Hartland was founded by a dedicated group of volunteers who believe that healthy aging is part of a healthy community. With a focus on aging in place, Aging in Hartland also supports all community members 60 and older with a wide range of services including community nursing and physical, emotional, and educational activities. As we hope to be moving out of the restrictions of COVID, we want to invite residents of all ages to volunteer to strengthen our community by participating in our mission.
