BIRTHDAY ($95)

*The cost for a full theme is an additional $35. List it and options/availability will be discussed.                      *Please state the recipient's interests and hobbies. A few of these cards may be on hand to include at no extra cost.
GRADUATION ($105)
*Please state colors wanted and graduate's name.                                                                                                            *A gold/black option is available if school colors aren't available.                                                                                    *There is an additional fee of $30 if you would like to add signs for hobbies, interests, and school activities the graduate is involved in. These signs cannot be guaranteed if booking is done less than two weeks before event.
ANNIVERSARY ($95)
*Please state the number of years celebrating.                                                                                                                    *Please state the first names of husband and wife.
*Specify your preference for gold or silver "Happy Anniversary" along with any theme color the couple has.
BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT/BABY SHOWER/GENDER REVEAL ($95)
*Please specify if you would like blue (boy) or pink (girl).
*Gender reveal will be in pink and blue.   
*if colors other than pink or blue are needed, there will be an additional $45 charge and two week notice needed to purchase these signs.          
OTHER REQUESTS
Any other requests not covered on this form can be finalized via a phone/email conversation. Depending on the number of cards needed and if theme is requested, cost could range from $95 - $150. Please type your custom message here. You may refer to our Ideas page for inspiration.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payments have 48 hours to clear to secure booking date. Once payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation of that payment and booking date. Scene on the Green is located in Vicksburg, MS. All installations more than 10 round trip miles outside of area code 39183 will have an added mileage charge of 62 cents per mile.
