Physical Education Activity Tracking (2020)
Please fill out this form to track your physical activity while we are distant learning.
We understand that every student has a unique situation. The State of California's Physical Education minimum minutes requirement for 1st-6th grade students is 100 minutes a week. We would like to see students get up and participate in 15-20 minutes of daily physical activity to help them reach the 100 minute minimum.
We have provided numerous opportunities for your child to complete this task. We understand that not everyone will have access to equipment or the space to complete some of these activities. There is an option outdoor/other PE activities and the students will provide a simple description of the activity that they completed during that time.
Please use the following list to take you to different sections in the form. The data collection section (last) will be important for you to complete each day. This is how we know you finished the form correctly. Just a reminder that this work is optional and you will not be graded on this work.
What type of activity would you like to participate in today?
Just Dance Videos
Glenn Higgings Fitness (Superhero/Star Wars)
Mike Ginicola Superhero Training
