We understand that plans sometimes change, so if you have to reschedule a shift, please post on the forum to request a swap with another member. If you are short on volunteer hours as the end of the semester nears, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org to see how you can make up the difference and fulfill your requirement.
You must pay your membership fee, submit signed membership agreements and waiver, and submit this form to be eligible to register for classes at PHS. Emailing scanned PDFs of signed membership documents to email@example.com is acceptable.
Once all forms have been submitted and membership fee paid, members will be eligible to register as soon as volunteers manually "unpark" them and approve them for registration and other membership privileges.
