Supported by Arrowhead Regional Farm Bureau, the site is free to consumers and open to producers and farmers market managers who meet the following guidelines:
Producers must grow or produce the products they are selling. It is not open to sellers who purchase wholesale and sell retail directly to consumers or at farmers markets or through a food aggregate.
Producers must abide by and be compliant with all local, state and federal government licensing, inspections and certifications that govern the handling and sale of food or other products sold directly to consumers.
Anything Grown is not a secure e-commerce site. All financial transactions are between seller and buyer.
All information on the site is public and subject to copyright laws.
Anything Grown is not responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted by the producer or market manager.
Producer participants are sole responsible for data entry, its accuracy and for keeping it up to date.
Anything Grown reserves the right to remove any participant at anytime or for any reason.
I agree to abide by the following guidelines:
I grow or produce the products I am selling directly to consumers.
I do not buy from others for the purpose of reselling.
I am aware of local, state and federal regulations as they apply to the products I am selling and am compliant with all licensing, inspections and certifications that apply to my business.
I agree to manage my site in a timely manner to insure all information is up to date and accurate.
I understand that all financial transactions are between myself and the consumer.
I am aware that all information I put on the site is public information and may be shared.
I agree to abide by any copyright laws that apply to information I put on the site.
I understand that Anything Grown reserves the right to remove any producer or farmers market at any time for any reason.
Guidelines for Farmers Market managers
Farmers market Anything Grown website managers are responsible for data input, the content of their site and for keeping it current.
Farmers market managers reserve the right to allow or refuse access to any producer who requests to be listed as a market participant.
Market managers agree to monitor vendors to insure they are compliant with all local, state and federal license, inspections and certifications that apply to market retail operations.
