RETURNING STUDENTS/FAMILIES: You are not required to fill out registration again. Please contact Jenn directly at oceanschooliscool@gmail.com or 619-886-1026 to re-enroll.
COMPLETION OF THIS FORM ALONE DOES NOT GUARANTEE PLACEMENT. Please send a security deposit of $50 PER CHILD, PER WEEK to receive confirmation. Deposits are deducted from your total remaining balance. Deposits can be made via Venmo: @Jenn-Lacey    Zelle: jenn.n.lacey@gmail.com
PLEASE DO NOT SEND DEPOSITS TO WAITLIST. We will email you confirmation and your position on waitlist and follow up if a spot becomes available for you.
