NYU MLK Week 2014: The Power of Courage - Program Submission Form

MLK Week 2014 at New York University is scheduled for February 3-8, 2014.

The 9th Annual NYU Martin Luther King, Jr. Week will take place February 3-8, 2014. The theme for this year is The Power of Courage: Passion, Purpose & Perseverance. Among a variety of exciting programs, the university-wide event is already garnering a huge buzz. The event will feature a keynote address from acclaimed professor, author and MSNBC tv-host Dr. Melissa Harris-Perry with special guest, activist Grace Lee Boggs. The NYU MLK Week Planning Committee invites all schools, offices and student organizations to submit additional programming ideas for the 2014 NYU MLK Week.

The committee has also been hard at work developing a schedule of events. As it currently stands, Wednesday and Friday do not have any scheduled programming. If you are able, we hope you will consider doing some programming on those days. Lastly, all programs will be marketed on the MLK Week website.

Please contact Cornell Woodson (cornell@nyu.edu) with questions regarding interest in sponsoring the week's events.
