Currently, Psychological Testing Services are offered at our Lakeview location on a limited schedule. Most testing will occur on Fridays and may include being on-site with your Psychologist or a Doctoral Psychology intern for a series of multi-hour testing sessions, including the final report interpretation session.
The current rate for psychological testing is $2000. This service is often covered by insurance. Sliding Scale payment options are also offered on an as-needed basis for those without insurance when available with our providers. The sliding scale cost for psychological testing is $500 to $1000 depending on financial need. Payment plans may also be available.
Please note: Submission of this form will only add you to the waitlist. Please be aware that you may be on the waitlist for 6 to 8 months, and we schedule psychological testing in the order the intake is received.
