Your valuable contribution is most kindly requested to answer the Initial survey of the OpenEd programme that aims to measure the perception around open education (within the framework of the UNESCO recommendations, 2019). The objective of the instrument is to know the perception of competencies that the academic community has regarding the five UNESCO 2019 recommendations:  (a) capacity development, (b) development of supportive policies, (c) promotion of effective, inclusive and equitable access, (d) creation of sustainability models, (e) promotion of international cooperation.
