If your card becomes unscannable, lost, or stolen, please place an order for a new card at guest services, or online.
You will be emailed once your card is ready for pickup at guest services. Please allow 7-10 days for new card orders.
Card use policy: If order to receive the rebate, a valid card must be presented at the time of purchase by the person the card was issued to, with no exceptions. A rebate card may only be used by the person it was issued to and purchases must be paid for by the person the card was issued to.
