The cost for Membership is as follows:

Residential /Nursing Homes

1-4 Homes £100
5-9 Homes £200
10+ Homes £300

Domiciliary Providers

1-4 Service Locations £100
5-9 Service Locations £200
10+ Services Locations £300

VAT is included in all prices

By completing and submitting this form, including the following information sections, I confirm that my organisation is a CQC registered provider of social care, and that I wish it to be considered a member of the Hampshire Care Association for 2024/25
