We bring together amazing local artists and makers selling handmade home décor, art, jewelry, apparel, and more! Shop local this Holiday season! Outdoor Event, Masks required for entry!
 
WALK THRU OPEN AIR EVENT: Social distancing will be monitored. All COVID 19 regulations and rules will be enforced and followed. MASKS REQUIRED for 5 years and older, per the governor’s order. We will have staff on hand monitoring social distancing and number of people going through the market.

ABOUT US: Artisan Events is a local RVA event company that hosts community events and markets. We bring together amazing local artists, and makers selling handmade home décor, art, jewelry, apparel, vintage, and more!

APPLY NOW: If you would like to be considered for vending at this event read everything carefully and fill out the application below. SPACE IS LIMITED. Please keep in mind, this is a curated market with limited space.

EVENT INFO: This event will be held OUTDOORS ONLY from 1:00PM  to 4:00PM. Vendor spaces are 10' x 10' Bring you own tent and table. There is a bathroom inside the venue available for use. No power hook up available. The event host will contact you the day prior to each event with a map of the venue and your spot number. For everyone's safety no one is to load out until 4:00pm. You may use the Main Line Brewery parking lot for Load-in and Load-out. All trash is to be taken with you and all vendor equipment must be out of the venue no later than 5:00pm. Rain or Shine event, no refunds.

COVID-19: In compliance with mandatory state requirements for markets during Phase 3, ALL vendors must wear a face covering over their nose and mouth during the event. You may bring your own or the event staff will provide you with one. Please bring hand sanitizer for your booth. The spaces are 10ft x 10ft and have been carefully placed to meet state guidelines, so we can not have tents larger than the allotted space.

PARKING: STREET PARKING ONLY! Parking is permitted on one side of Botetort and also Ownby Lane. When you arrive at Main Line Brewery, check in with an Artisan Event's Staff at the front gate. Please have your spot number ready.

LOAD IN: 11:45 AM - 1:00PM

BREAKDOWN: 4:00PM - 5:00PM

VENDOR FEE: $50/event. You are more likely to be excepted if you are committing to more than one event. Payment instructions are sent once application is reviewed and accepted for event(s). Vendor fees are due one week prior to each event. You may pay in advance for the entire year (12 events) for a discounted rate of $500 Payment to be made by January 15, 2020. Dates are subject to change and credit will be issued if Artisan Events changes the date. There are no refunds for missed events.

CANCELLATIONS: Rain or Shine events. We do close if there are dangerous weather conditions such as lightning, excessive snow or State of Emergency.  Consult our Facebook and Instagram page for updates. If you must Cancel,  we ask that you give us at least 72 hours notice. Once you pay for a date, if you decide to cancel, you can only receive a credit for a future event, NOT a cash refund (new preferred date not guaranteed). Anyone cancelling later must pay the full vendor fee and honor the work that organizers have done to promote your business and this event. It also gives us time to extend the opportunity to another maker.  If you do cancel, you will be credited for a future event, no refunds.

BRING YOUR OWN: 10ft x 10ft Tent (Max), Table, chairs, cash, change, card readers, mobile device chargers, special lighting, packaging, bags, decorations, table cloths, displays and anything you will need to be successful at this event.  All Vendors must provide weights for their tent.

I have had none of the following symptoms - Fever, Fatigue, Dry Cough, Difficulty Breathing. No Members of my household have had the above symptoms in the last 14 days or have been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 30 days, and have not been knowingly exposed to Covid-19 in the last 30 days, or have not traveled outside the country to a location considered a "hot spot" for Covid-19 infections. I understand that Artisan Events cannot be held liable for any exposure to the Covid-19 virus caused by misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each participant. *
