General Guidelines
The LITS book display team is a small (but mighty!) group of people. While we hope to work with our community to provide as many displays as possible, we may need to decline some requests. For transparency, here are a few of the things we consider when evaluating a request:

1. Alignment with campus initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
2. Alignment with the goals, strategic plans, and mission of the College/LITS.
3. A clear connection to LITS resources and services.
4. The extent of the work (and financial resources) required to effectively create the display.
5. The availability of the requested space/resources.

In addition, please keep in mind that:
- We are generally unable to commit to developing more than two displays in a month.
- We normally need 6 weeks' notice to put together a display. (They're a lot of work!)
