Bunk Request List
Please answer the following questions regarding the friends your camper would like in their cabin/guest room. We will try to ensure that each camper is grouped with at least ONE of the friends on his or her list. Students will be grouped with 8-10 other kids and 1-2 chaperones. While campers may not have all of their friends in the same room, campers will have many people they know in the same cabin. This is a great opportunity for everyone to get to know people they will be seeing throughout middle school and high school. Kids spend very little time in their cabins other than sleeping. We are not assigning priority to the names based on the order received but the sooner you have your paperwork in, the Planning Committee will begin cabin assignments. If your paperwork is received late, it may have some bearing on bunk assignment.

This form needs to be filled out and submitted online no later than JULY 31, 2021. Room assignments will be distributed at the Parent Meeting in August. The date and details of that meeting will be sent out soon.
The Planning Committee will be meeting multiple times throughout this week to create cabin assignments. As soon as all bunk lists are in, chaperones will be selected, assigned to each group, and contacted with further details.
