Hello and thank you for your interest in bringing students to visit Seed Savers Exchange Heritage Farm. We offer tours to school and youth groups of 15 or more, weekdays from May through September, with a start time of 10am-3pm. Tours generally last about 30-45 minutes and cost $5/person, although we are able to waive this fee if it is cost prohibitive. We recommend allowing for at least 1.5 hours for this stop, so you have time to ask questions and check out our visitors center while you are here. There is also a small sandbox and slide built into the hillside next to the visitors center and picnic tables. Our grounds are open dawn until dusk and are free to the public. You are welcome to bring a sack lunch and eat at our picnic tables, grab a trail map, and enjoy a trail within our 8-mile hiking trail system. One of our favorite hikes is from the visitors center to our historic apple orchard, where you are welcome to view the blossoms in the springtime, and taste an apple in the fall. Please fill out the following form if you are interested in a guided group tour, and we'll be in touch. (If you are looking to schedule a tour for adults, please go to:

Please note that we ask for at least 2-weeks advanced notice to schedule a tour.
