Winter Market (December 13 - 15 2019) // Application Form
This year we are combing our two favourite annual events! We are testing a Winter Night Market event on Friday December 13th, followed by a two-day Holiday Market Faire on Saturday and Sunday. Together, we're calling all three days the Winter Market.

The Winter Night Market will be a social event focusing on entertainment, food and beverage. It is a seasonal community celebration. There will be no product-based businesses at the Winter Night Market due to limited space and the focus of the event. A limited number of service-based vendors will be considered (i.e. Tarot or Astrology readings)

The Holiday Market Faire is a two-day holiday artisan sale focused on product-based businesses. There will be activities and entertainment throughout the weekend to encourage attendance.


WINTER NIGHT MARKET // SERVICE and HOT & FRESH FOOD VENDORS ONLY: Friday December 13th in the afternoon and evening (specific time TBD). The vendor fee is $50.

HOLIDAY MARKET FAIRE // PRODUCT & SERVICE-BASED VENDORS: 10am - 6pm, Saturday December 14 and Sunday December 15, 2019. The vendor fee for the 2 day faire is $100 total.

ADDITIONAL FEES: The public market has a limited number of tables (3' x 6') and chair(s). These are available on a first come first serve basis for a rental fee of $10.00. This cost includes one 3' x 6' folding table and up to two chairs per vendor. Hydro ($5.00) is available to those vendors that sign up for it in this applications form.
