Booth Space:  Approx. 5 feet x 4 feet

Booth Rent/Day : RM70 (includes booth space and 2 (TWO) chairs only)

******* Please take note that any decoration and table are strictly not allowed to be bigger than the space given to avoid complaints and misunderstanding.

We encourage all vendors to print a copy of this registration form to keep for yourselves in the case of any misunderstanding. We have receive many enquiries and problems in regards of our T&C-s even after vendors registered through the form due to negligence of the information stated. Please do read and keep a copy. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration.
1) Please register only if you are sure you can attend this bazaar. (please inform us at least one week before the confirmed vendor list is released, so that we can offer the space to other potential vendors. Failure to do so will result in being blacklisted)
2) Sending in your registration form does not guarantee your space.Gurantee of your booth can be made only after the confirmation letter send out by SSB and after we received your full payment.
3) This bazaar is a curated bazaar to ensure quality vendors and variety for customers. We may run on vendor rotation basis.
4) There will be no refunds once payment has been made.

Booth Space :
1) Strictly no decorations on the wall. Strictly no decorations or setup that will damage the property.
2) Stay within the given space on the event day to be fair for all vendors.
3) Keep booth space clean and free of garbage before, during and after the bazaar.
4) Vandalism of the space within your booth space will results in fine payment and blacklist.
