Once received at Upgrade, your case will be processed and should be completed within 7-10 working days. If the product is not with Upgrade within 5 working days the return claim will be cancelled and a new claim will need to be submitted. If any problems are found with your item, a member of our sales team will be in contact. Please clean the product thoroughly before shipping. Not cleaning will delay service time and will incur additional charges. Cleaning charges will apply at a cost of an additional £20 per product.
