SGA Expense Request Form 
This form must be completely filled out with detailed information to be considered for approval. 
Requests will be reviewed by the Funding Committee every other Tuesday (see schedule below). To be considered for that review session, your request must be in by 11:59 PM the Monday prior. After review from the funding board, it will be voted on the next SGA meeting. You may be contacted for further information on your request if it is unclear, or there are questions, so keep an eye on your emails! 
Funding Committee Meetings:
  • Requests submitted between 10/31 - 11/13 will be reviewed by Finance Committee on 11/14 and voted on by Full SGA on 11/21.
  • Requests submitted between 11/14 - 11/27 will be reviewed by Finance Committee on 11/28 and voted on by Full SGA on 12/5. NOTE: This is the last opportunity for Fall 2023 funding.
**Submissions after 11/27 should be for Spring semester 2024 requests as they will not be approved until the end of the semester.**

1. Must be for undergraduate students 
2. Must be for the betterment of a student body
3. Must be submitted with ample time to plan and process
4. Must include the specific date and time of the program, event, or activity
5. Must consider utilizing money in the respective club's agency account prior to requesting additional funds
