We invite contributions in the form of either session proposals or individual abstracts. For further information on the available session formats and submission requirements, please consult the Call for Contributions.  If you are submitting both a session proposal and an individual abstract, please make two separate submissions. 

Deadline for submissions: 31 August 2026.

Scheduling: The conference team will be in touch about the timing of your session/presentation once the first complete programme draft is finalised, likely in November 2026.

Materials: Rooms will have screens or projectors and flip-charts and one Conference Assistant to assist with IT and microphones, and questions. They can’t help with notetaking though. Let us know if you have additional needs for your session.
