Recommendation Form | 2024 - 2025 Green Advisor Application
Dear Recommendation Writer,

Thank you for assisting the Office of Sustainability in the Green Advisor selection process! The Green Advisors (GAs) are student workers of the Office of Sustainability who work to encourage sustainable lifestyles among all Swarthmore community members. The GAs facilitate environmentally just behaviors in the residence halls, work to reduce campus waste generation, oversee the campus composting system, serve as liaisons to the Sustainability Advocates program, host engaging and educational all-campus events, produce resources to inform the community about best practices, and generally serve as peer leaders.

We encourage you to provide specific examples, observations, and descriptions whenever possible in answering the following questions. You can learn more about the GA program here: https://www.swarthmore.edu/sustainability/ga-application-process

Completed recommendations must be submitted by February 16, 2024. Please contact Clare Hyre, Associate Director of Sustainability if you have any questions regarding the GA selection process.
