Notre Dame Belmont's 1st Annual Serve It Up Beach Volleyball Tournaments - Entry Form and Contract - 2022
Notre Dame Belmont is excited to host 3 beach volleyball tournaments this Spring. Tournament Entry Forms are due by February 10, 2022.

**Schools may only sign up for 1 tournament date. If a tournament does not fill up by the registration deadline, then schools who register earliest will be given the opportunity to play in a 2nd/3rd tournament.
**Each tournament will be a guarantee of 4 team matches.
**Courts are located at Notre Dame Belmont.
**Tournament Fee: $250  (which will include awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place teams as well as tournament t-shirts or tank tops. If you do not want t-shirts/tanks let me know and the tournament fee is reduced to $100 for awards.
**Each team match will be comprised of 5 pairs (10 total players) - first team to win 3 matches is the winner.
**Tournament start time will be approximately 8:30am.
