Short program description
The workshop will probably start at the beginning of Monday afternoon (to let the time to the participants to arrive) and will probably finished at the end of Wednesday morning (same idea to let the time for everyone to come back). We imagine the first afternoon dedicated to update presentation of our work, the second day dedicated to discussion sessions (we have ideas and wishes but we want to know yours), and the last morning about future plans (articles, projects, oggm development and strategy, funding, links with other initiatives like glaciermip, iacs delineation working group ...). All sessions will be plenary session (no parallel session, no hands-on).

Workshop organization
Because of lot of different international meetings where global glacier evolution is discussed, we wish to have a small OGGM-centric workshop, with low logistics. In that sense, this year, each participant will be in charge of their accommodation, travel and food.
