    As a Board member - What you can expect

    Procedures for expense reimbursement As with all members of organizations, the directors of boards have the right to reimbursement for reasonable travel & meal expenses that have been incurred on behalf of the organization. Airfare may be restricted to coach fare with advance purchase or the set rate for mileage reimbursement. Reimbursed expenses include travel (coach fare or mileage whichever is cheaper, Accommodation ($130.00 per night), Per Diem ($66.00 per day) to cover food and incidentals. Receipts are required for all expenses i.e. airport to hotel. Copies of vouchers, bills and statements are not accepted.
