Peer-learning cohort: fundraising professionals in the US democracy space (mid-level)

Are you a fundraising professional in the democracy space? Want to hang out with other folks in similar roles at different organizations to share ideas and build community? Looking for peer mentorship and support?

If that sounds like you, fill out this Google Form to apply! (If you're the senior-most fundraising person at your org, apply here for our c-suite/senior-most fundraising peer-learning cohort instead.)

Program structure:

  • Each cohort is capped at 15 people
  • The program is nine months long and runs from January to September
  • The cohort meets monthly via Zoom for one hour (first meeting is 1.5 hours long)
  • Meetings are co-facilitated by Gabe Lerner and Bene Cipolla
  • Gain access to an alumni community that includes fundraising leaders from Protect Democracy, Mormon Women for Ethical Government, Search for Common Ground, the Institute for Citizens and Scholars, IREX, Race Forward, Voting Rights Lab, the Highlander Center, and more
Program cost:
Costs are tiered by organizational budget.
  • Over $5M: $1,500
  • Over $2M, under $5M: $1,000
  • Under $2M: $500
Don't let cost be the reason that you don't apply! We can discuss further sliding scale options as needed.

Application timeline:

  • Applications are due by January 16, and will be reviewed on a rolling basis (so apply early if you can!)
  • You may be invited for a brief interview so that we can get to know you better
  • You'll be notified in late January whether you've been invited to join
  • We expect the cohort to start in February — we'll determine the exact date in collaboration with cohort members
