There are 3 options - so be sure to scroll to see them all.  
You can also customize your door hanger by adding an attachment to represent your student's school activities.  

Order Process:  We will place the order for Legacy door hangers as soon as we have 10 orders.  Fill out the form below.  To pay for your door hanger, send payment to Suzanna Kidd @suzanna-kidd on Venmo.  *Payment must be received BEFORE we will submit your door hanger order.*
