In order for the South Bands Program and the Panther Regiment to thrive and succeed now and in the
future, parent support through fundraising and service hours is necessary.

Each family is expected to sign up to help with one committee. Please indicate your interest in the following committees and executive board volunteer opportunities.

Band Camp Committee: Feed the regiment during band camp

Equipment Crew: Build props, haul trailers, etc

Pit Crew: Move equipment and props onto field during football halftime shows and competitions

Uniform: Measure students, order, organize, and clean uniforms

Student Parties: Organize student events such as Karaoke Night, Pep Band Pizza Party, Marching Band Banquet, etc

Panther Pride: Feed the regiment during competitions, organize snack bins, fan section, and State Finals Send-off

Marketing & Public Relations: Manage social media accounts, website, BAND app, yearbook, concert programs, etc

Sponsorship: Organize sponsorships, recruit local business, and help Marketing Committee promote sponsors

Jazz Band Events: Organize Swing Dance and Silent Auction, and Jazz Fest

Winter Guard: Coordinate volunteers and meals for Winter Guard competitions

Apparel & Merchandise: Design, order, and distribute apparel needs for bands and winter guard that do not pertain to uniforms, including spirit merch

Photo & Video: Capture photo and video at all Band events and produce videos for promotion and fundraisers

Concessions: Purchase supplies, coordinate volunteers, organize concession calendar, etc.
