Course content shall be :Players of Gene cloning, Various Strategies for Gene cloning and expression of cloned gene in different E. coli host( more than 10 E.coli expression strain will be dicussed) ,insect host and in animal cell line, Techniques used in Recombinant DNA technology, Protein/protein and protein/DNA interaction, gel electrophoresis ( 10 types of Gel electrophoresis will be discussed ), PCR ( atleast 10 types PCR will be dicussed), Basic chemistry and mathematics( Frequently used calculations will be dicussed), Basics of vaccine, Basics of protein engineering, Genetic engineering of Plant etc. You may attend few missing lectures in next batch also.
