Workshop - Strategical Opportunities in Raw Material Supply Chains: Investment Cases as a Tool For Resilience 

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the IRMHUB workshop “Strategic Opportunities in Raw Materials Supply Chains: Investment Cases as a Tool for Resilience”, organised within Task 3.4 “Joint Innovation Investment Plan Development” by Ecocastulum.

This workshop will explore strategic opportunities across raw materials supply chains, highlighting the role of investment cases as a key tool to enhance resilience, innovation and collaboration. The session will bring together project holders—particularly SMEs and their partners—to exchange insights, share experiences and discuss pathways to strengthen investment readiness and market uptake.

Participants will gain an overview of the IRMHUB approach to investment case development while engaging in discussions that promote knowledge exchange across projects, regardless of their evaluation stage. The workshop offers a valuable opportunity to connect with peers, increase project visibility and identify potential future collaborations.
