I knowledge that:

My company is likely interested in the potential for Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT). We would like further information about the following:
> The kind of benefit plans we could offer our employees for coverage of this treatment.
> What science has demonstrated about PAT treatment effectiveness.
> The expected costs of PAT benefit coverage.
> How to inform employees and management about accessing this care.

Enthea intends to:
a) Assemble a network of certified and credentialed PAT providers, capable of delivering this treatment according to Enthea's medical policy standards

b) Develop medical policies for PAT treatment delivery, based on best practices and scientific evidence.

c) Offer PAT benefit coverage plans for U.S.-based employers to offer to their employees.

d) Operate as a Third Party Administrator (TPA) to deliver services including:
i. Pre-service authorization for treatment based on agreed-upon policies and benefit plan design
ii. Utilization management as oversight to assure the benefit is being used properly and only where warranted
iii. Provider payment management - authorized automatic bank transfers to providers based contracted treatment fee schedules
iv. Reporting via HIPAA-compliant dashboard to monitor benefit utilization and claims

Employer/purchaser will be responsible for actual costs of treatment (monitored by Enthea) plus 8% admin fee to Enthea for services listed above.

Enthea will only provide services in states where it has license to operate as a TPA, if one is required. We intend to cover all states; most of this expansion will take place in 2022 and 2023.

All services provided through Enthea will comply with federal and state drug scheduling.

Enthea's Administrative Services Agreement, if executed, will not prohibit contracting with other health plan administrators or insurance carriers for any service.

Prior to mutual execution of an Administrative Services Agreement, all written and verbal communication with Enthea is non-binding including this Letter of Interest. You are free to explore with us!
