 Presentation materials (syllabus, PowerPoint, and any printed materials) must be submitted for approval by LOC.  Submissions must be made 60 days prior to the proposed seminar.  
 If Instructor is not already approved, Application for Licensed Officials Instructor must be submitted for review by LOC a minimum of 60 days prior to the proposed seminar date.  Five references must be submitted to the LOC.
 Seminar summaries for each attendee must be submitted to the LOC, on proper forms, within 7 days after completion of seminar.
 Use of Confederation logo on presentation materials will be granted once materials are approved.

The LOC can require a review of the materials at any time.
Application will not be approved until teaching materials are reviewed.
The applicant must be must be a Confederation "R" or "S" judge or other individual approved by LOC.
An interview may be required.
Applicants must submit five references that can speak to your presentation ability, instruction ability, officiating experience.
