RETURNS: Please follow these instructions to ensure you receive your full refund. Orders must have been purchased through our website in order to qualify for a return.
Please carefully pack up your Modern Sprout product. Print out your return label and secure it to the exterior of the box. You will receive a Return ID via email - this number MUST be marked on the outside of the box. We recommend using a Sharpie marker to do this.
For Growlights, do not use the retail box as the shipping box as this can cause units to be damaged during shipping. Damaged items cannot be accepted for a return.
Once the package has been received back to or facility, an exchange or refund will be issued. The refund will take 7-10 days to process payment back to your credit card. You will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your payment has been refunded.
**Modern Sprout is not responsible for damaged products; if your item does not arrive in good condition we will not be able to issue you a return. It is recommended that you pack the item exactly the way you received it. Any box is fine, as long as the product is protected and comes back in the condition that it was received!**
