Writing affirmations for when you're feeling The MehⓇ, shares affirmative prompts to help connect with the inner self to process emotions, channelise expression through words. Facilitated by Adwaita Das, during this session we self-reflect, observe our thoughts and emotions, all while breathing and affirming!
What is The Meh Ⓡ? It is an overwhelming feeling of emotions and thoughts - sadness, loneliness, worry, boredom, disconnection and so on. The Meh Ⓡ is a simple way to articulate that you’re not okay :)
An affirmation is a statement of self-empowerment thought, spoken, or written to oneself repeated to provide emotional support and channelise chosen patterns of behaviour.
