Timeline:Teams will be allowed to set up from 7:00am-9:00am on Saturday morning. All vehicles must be out by 9:00am. Festival gates open at 11:00am. Teams should be prepared to serve gumbo samples to patrons and guests by 11:00am. Official samples for blind judging will be requested by committee at pre-determined times based on the number of entries. Sampling and blind judging will be completed by 4:00pm. Awards and prizes will be presented at 5:00pm on the main stage.
