Please remember that all church functions have priority. Do not assume that the requested date and time are available until you receive confirmation back from the secretary.
There is a $75 refundable deposit for church member usage. If you are not a church member, the secretary will give you the fee according to the area of the church you are using.
Your group is responsible for making sure that everything is cleaned up and put back in it's proper place upon the end of your event, including taking the trash out to the dumpster.
No alcohol, firearms or smoking is allowed on church property.
No tape is to be used on walls, doors, etc. It leaves a sticky residue and or takes paint off the wall.
Violation of any CUMC policies, rules or regulations will result in removal from property.
