Howl 2021 Panel/Event Application
Want to run a **PG/General Audience** event or panel at Howloween? This form is for you!

Since we are an in-person event this year, panels that are in-person will be given priority!

A very limited staff team will be present at the hotel, within a specific space, and streaming content from there for a familiar look and feel. You MAY have the option to host a panel within the space if your event can fit within our safety restrictions. Not all panels may work this way and in case issues arise (like a tightening of restrictions by the gov or by us) you should be prepared with an online streaming backup no matter what.

PLEASE NOTE: We will have strict covid-19 preventative measures in place and will be limiting how many people can be in the space at a time, requiring that folks physical distance, sanitize, stay home if sick or exhibiting sick symptoms, etc. You may be required to stay outside the space until your event and we may be communicating to those doing this via text/phone instead of services reliant on internet, so please be aware of this. We take this seriously and expect those who apply and wish to present from the event space do as well.

STREAMING NOTE: If you are a main Theatre event and streaming from home, we will have details available for you on where to stream to (using software like OBS, zoom, etc.,) and who to be in contact with to ensure you are streaming your content directly to our stream team as we will be aiming to have all Theatre events stream directly to a unified streaming source instead of attendees going to different sites for every event.

Not all events will end up as a main theatre event. Some may be streamed only to discord.
