Assalamualaikum & Good Day to all UiTM’s alumni,

Thank you for your continuous support to UiTM. UiTM is aspiring to achieve the Top 100 University in Asia by 2020, and for 13 UiTM’s faculties to be the Top 100 Subjects in the world. Employers’ perceptions on UiTM graduates are one of important indicators measured by most of the  reputable ranking bodies.  For 2017, we are proud to announce that we have achieved as follows;

1) Top 2.8% university in the world, ranked by  QS World University Ranking
2) Top 1.3% university in Asia, ranked by QS Asia University Ranking
3) Top 301-500 university in the world, ranked by QS Graduate Employability Ranking
4) Top 3 university in Malaysia, ranked by QS Graduate Employability Ranking
5) 13 Subjects of UiTM are ranked the Top 400 best faculties in the world, as ranked by QS by Subject Ranking.

Universities are ranked based on indicators, in which one of those is employers’ perception on which university producing the highest-quality graduates, and assessed using data from the large global survey of employers conducted by QS each year. For 2017 ranking exercise, QS sent out surveys through emails to 40,000 employers worldwide. The results from the survey reflect the universities’ capability in producing employable graduates.

For 2018, it is our strategy to obtain the contact details of our alumni’s employers, with the intention to further increase our ranking position. Thus, this google doc is sent out to our selected alumni to obtain information about the companies where our alumni are current working. The required information is the contact details of the company’s human resource manager, COO, CEO, president, company’s partners, owners or any hiring personnel.

From our analysis, most of the surveys from QS will be responded by the above-mentioned groups, and thus we are taking this opportunity to target this group as respondents nominated by UiTM. However, the choice to answer this survey is solely the right of the employers. The employers’ information strictly will be used for survey dissemination only. Thus, you are cordially invited to supply the contact details of your employer. This survey is divided into two sections. Section A is the information of our alumni for our record, and Section B is the information of your employer, and it will be sent to QS for their database.
