  • Transportation with a guide and fuel in a customised Toyota Landcruiser for game drives and Tour bus Coaster or Toyota Hiace Van with large windows during service. 
  • English speaking driver/tour guide 
  • Accommodation as listed in the itinerary. (If its not available we shall switch to that of equivalent standard) 
  • Meals as listed in the itinerary 
  • Park-entrance fees according to the itinerary

  • International air fares
  • Entry visa for Uganda and Tanzania
  • Meals that are not part of your accommodation or not listed in the Itinerary 
  • Personal (medical/travel/cancelation) insurance
  • Government tax or park fees increase
  • Optional activities such as night game drives
  • Tips and gratuities to rangers, driver/guide, porter, hotel staff, etc.
  • All expenses of a personal nature (e.g. drinks, laundry, optional activities, souvenirs etc.)
Other Terms and Conditions
  • Pictures and photos taken during the trip may be used in future promotion flyers, brochures and social media channels for other trips of the Melissa Prandi Children Foundation and Jumanji Africa Safaris
  • Traveling to Uganda is a group activity and I accept that I will participate in all of the scheduled activities unless excused by the tour director. Arrangements have been made in advance for the entire group.
  •  I certify that I have not recently been treated for, nor am I aware of any disease or illness that would create a hazard to myself or other members of this tour.
  • I understand that Melissa Prandi Children Foundation are unable to retain any person as a passenger who may require special physical assistance, such as a wheelchair or special to a medical condition unless personal arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

Payment for the trip is a fundamental part of the tour’s income and contributes to the overall cost of equipment, running costs, staffing, administration, etc. As the organization will have incurred the majority of its costs before the trip starts, we need to impose cancellation charges to cover these costs.

If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follow

  • 31 - 60 days before depature - 30% of tour cost
  • 15 - 30 days before departure – 50% of tour cost
  • 0 - 14 days before departure – 100% of tour cost

All cancellations must emailed and be made by the person who submitted the booking form. Please send an email to your contact at the organization.

Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability. You will also need to communicate in writing to the tour operator your reason for leaving the tour.
