If your family needs food assistance, please complete this form or contact the school counselors, Mrs. Miller or Mrs. Jones by email: kim.miller@besd.net, bobbi.jones@besd.net. If you are in need of assistance we can send a bag of food home with your ACHI student every Friday and on holiday breaks.

If you need more than weekend food assistance or need help applying for Food Stamps, you can also utilize the Tremonton Food Pantry
