Van Isle Poutinerie Event Request Form – 2025 Season

Thank you for considering Van Isle Poutinerie for your upcoming event. We are currently accepting applications for both private and publicly accessible events for our 2025 season. Please note that submitting this application does not confirm your booking. We will reach out to you once your application has been reviewed.

Before You Apply, Please Consider the Following:

  • Location & Travel: We primarily serve the Nanaimo area but are available for travel depending on the event’s location. Please note that travel charges may apply.

  • Deposit Requirement: A $300 deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to your event. Exceptions may apply if government health guidelines change due to Covid-19.

  • Guest Minimum: We have a minimum guest requirement of 100 people. Although we are happy to accommodate events with fewer guests the minimum charge will still apply.

  • Payment Details: Full payment, minus the deposit, is due on the day of your event. We accept cash, debit, credit card, and e-transfer for all payments, including the deposit. Invoices and receipts will be provided for both the deposit and final payments.

  • Customization Options: We are pleased to work with you to create a customized experience, including limited menus, special requests, couples poutines for weddings and anniversaries, themed poutines, and more. If you have any unique ideas or requests, feel free to ask—we love a challenge!

Applications are reviewed weekly, and you can expect a response within 3-5 business days. To help us determine whether we can accommodate your event, please provide as much information as possible when completing the form.

For Events in 2026 and Beyond:

Please note that we do not have pricing information available for events beyond 2025 at this time. However, we are happy to accept deposits to hold dates for future events. No dates are confirmed without a contract.
